Tom Madden is a 40 year veteran of the journalism and newswire industries well known for his expertise and success in the ever changing media environment. His background includes founding Primezone Media Network, Inc. in 1998, and after several years of successful growth he sold it to NASDAQ in 2006. He also co-founded IPO Monitor.com, one of the Internet's first online tracking services for emerging public companies, In 1987, Tom joined PR Newswire (PRN), ultimately becoming western regional vice president and national sales manager. Prior to PRN, he was southern divisional news editor of United Press International (UPI), managing editor of the Gwinnett Daily News and assistant city editor of the Atlanta Journal & Constitution.
